About the Game

Negative Atmosphere: Emergency Room Prototype is a free, first-person, short medical horror experience that is an early rendition of the prequel we envisioned for Negative AtmosphereWhile no further updates are planned, it remains available as an archival piece.

In this prototype, you control the S.P.I.D.E.R. (Surgical, Procedure, Intervention, Diagnostic, Emergency, Response) robot aboard the TRH Rusanov. You’ll perform two distinct operations: an autopsy on a cadaver to gather evidence and a surgical procedure on a pineapple.

Guided by Medical Officer Samuel Edwards, you’ll gain an understanding of the core systems that have been substantially expanded.
