About the Game

In Naemo, you control a growing collection of bouncing squares. Each square behaves in its own way, and it’s up to you to figure out how they all work together.

Some squares generate points whenever they move or bounce, acting as the main way to push your score higher. Some squares provide buffs to other squares, making them stronger, faster, or more efficient. Others are triggered in different ways. Some every few seconds, some every time they hit a wall, and some only under special conditions. Watching them all move and interact creates a constant stream of chain reactions that can quickly fill the screen with energy.

Certain squares even reward clever pairings. For example, filling your stage with small-sized squares makes The Connoisseur shine, a unique square that only generates large bursts of points when it collides with smaller ones. Another option is The Axe, which delivers a high point payout whenever it collides with another square, but reduces the size of that square in the process. Pair it with squares that can regrow their size, and you’ll have a powerful cycle that keeps the points flowing. Discovering and experimenting with these synergies is the key to success.

Between rounds, you’ll have the chance to expand your setup. Spend your earnings in the shop to purchase new types of squares, upgrade your existing ones, or reroll for a better selection. Careful planning and experimentation are key, as sometimes a single well-timed synergy can carry you through an entire stage, while other times you’ll need to mix and match strategies to adapt.

The challenge is to keep meeting an ever-rising quota. Each round gives you 30 seconds to generate enough points to hit the target, and the requirements grow higher as you progress. Some runs will be easy with the right combination, and others will push you to rethink how your squares interact under the pressure of the ticking clock.

With every new run, you’ll discover more ways to use your collection and unlock surprising interactions between different square types. The fun comes from experimenting, finding clever builds, and watching the screen erupt into chaos as your squares do their work.
