My Mysterious Creature

A curious little creature comes to live on your desktop. It potters about while you work, quietly settles down when you're busy, naps when you're away, and grows closer to you over days. It speaks no words, only feelings. Raise it, dress it up, even give it a voice with your own AI.

About the Game

A mysterious little creature that lives on your desktop and quietly keeps you company. It isn't really a tool, though it does have a few handy tricks. Most of all, it's here to make you smile on the hard days.

Its little toolbox

Double-click it any time and a small toolbox opens up. No setup, no account:

- A focus timer it cheers you through, and celebrates when you finish

- One-click screenshots, or a multi-photo mode, saved straight to your desktop

- Quick sticky notes for a stray thought

- Gentle eye-care reminders, so you look up from the screen now and then

- A Do Not Disturb switch for when you just want quiet

Company first, handy desktop buddy second.

A little life of its own

It wanders, potters, and plays. Chases a ball, doodles, stretches, naps, and stargazes at night. It explores across your monitors on its little adventures.

Speaks no words, only feeling

It comes from somewhere else and doesn't use language. Everything it thinks or feels comes out as little wordless symbols.

Make it yours

Choose its color, dress it in dozens of accessories, take its portrait. No shop, no loot boxes, no pay-to-unlock, ever. Everything is earned with time and care.

Music and little moments

A small dance party. Karaoke where you bring your own lyrics and sing while it mouths along. And on holidays, friendly visitors drop by with seasonal surprises.

Give it a voice, if you'd like (optional)

Connect your own favorite AI to it and it can talk with you, and help with little things when you ask, like checking the weather or tidying up text you've copied. Anything that touches your clipboard or screen is opt-in only, with a clear notice every time. It's the AI you already trust, and the creature is perfectly happy without it.

Private by design

The creature runs entirely on your own computer. It pays attention only to broad signals, like the kind of app you're in and the time of day, never your files, your messages, or what you type.

Creature-to-creature visits (experimental)

A friend on the same network can visit, swap an outfit, or trade a paper-airplane note. Local network only for now.
