MoonShot

You're a NASA intern working on the Apollo 11 project.  Each day, you have a checklist to complete.  Your tasks are well-reasoned and appropriate to your skill level as an intern.  The Apollo team are all competent professionals.  Everything goes very well, and you have no difficulties at all.  😛

About the Game

NASA, 1969

You did it! You finally landed an internship at NASA, the National Aeronautics and Space ... Association? Agency? Authority? You're not really sure what the last "A" stands for, but it's only your first day. You're pretty certain you'll figure it out soon enough.

After a whirlwind tour of NASA headquarters, which you are sure you've already completely forgotten, you are ushered into the office of your new boss: the director of NASA's Apollo program. You heard recently that we're ready to send a man to the moon. You can scarcely believe it! It's like something out of science fiction. Nervously, you wait to be called into the inner office...

MoonShot is a modern text adventure game, where you interact with the story through your choices. Whether or not you remember the old Infocom games, this should be fun and playable.

Each day in the game, your boss gives you a checklist to complete to make the mission a success.  Your tasks are well-reasoned and appropriate to your skill level as an intern.  The Apollo team are all competent professionals.  Everything goes very well, and you have no difficulties at all!  😛

  • Be creative and explore 24 achievements and 9 endings!

  • Don't like to type?  Auto-complete makes suggestions of verbs and nouns that make sense in context.  It also works on a touch screen!

  • Born before 1990?  Try "Infocom mode", a dark, monospaced interface more similar to classic text adventures.
