MONOLYTH

A Journey of Self-Deflection. MONOLYTH is a single-player arcade game, one-bullet bullet hell experience, and two-character play rolled into one. One rainy afternoon, we came across three TV screens reflecting on divinity. We decided to capture this in the only way we knew how: By making a game.

Happy Accident Presents MONOLYTH: A Journey of Self-Deflection

It was a rainy, humid afternoon when we ducked into the museum of contemporary arts. Inside, we came across an exhibit: Three TV screens having a conversation about the meaning of divinity. Sitting there in the dark over the course of 20 minutes, we understood that we had come across something profound. We decided to capture this experience in the only way we knew how: By making this game.

MONOLYTH is a one-player arcade game, single-bullet bullet hell experience, and a two-character play rolled into one. It is designed as a short, casual experience suitable for players of various skill levels. We hope you enjoy bouncing these ideas off each other as much as we enjoyed making it.
