About the Game

Mono-Space is an experimental 2D puzzle-platformer, which uses:

  • The Colorshift; a color-switching mechanic, you can switch between four colors that you unlock throughout the game, allowing you to interact with objects on their respective themes and go through the others.

  • The Hyperllorum Bracelet, a magnetic bracelet that allows you to manipulate the level and interact with enemies and the environment around you, also allowing you to turn into electricity.

It's one of those experiences where you get something new around every corner; each of the 8 chapters has it's own unique theme and gimmick, be it on-beat machinery, vines and vegetation, or water-based enemies.

Mono Blackray happens to be at the right place at the wrong time. He becomes trapped in the mono-chromatic dimension of Corollorum, where everything is made up of simple polygons, after an encounter with an inter-dimensional entity. Mono wants to return back home, but the path out of the dimension is riddled with things that no mere human was built to withstand or understand. He stumbles upon the Heart of Corollorum, an entity capable of modifying the dimension and its colors, and absorbs it. He doesn't know it yet, but this chain of events would catch the attention of the same entity that brought him here.

He'll have to hone in his new-found powers if he even wants a shot at leaving the dimension.
