About the Game

Mitrapunk is a simulator of software development within a corporation, with a focus on processes and interactions with people. Your task is to produce the best possible features by managing available resources. You decide which features to build and what constitutes the best feature. Decisions are made based on real obstacles that arise in the process of building top-tier applications that you use every day.

You take on the role of a engineering manager in a leading software corporation, akin to Google, Facebook, or Apple. You're responsible for envisioning, designing, coding, and supporting new features for a demanding userbase. You work alongside other managers and teams. Every individual in the organization has unique values and visions, and you must find a way to work effectively with them.
