Master the construction of a well-ordered and productive office, by hiring the right talent, building ergonomic rooms, and arranging performance enhancing furniture.
Your workers brains are a dynamic thing, and they too must be managed responsibly, lest they develop suboptimal tendencies. Luckily your managerial abilities enable you to delve into the minds of your employees, to nudge their behaviors in the right directions!
Unfortunately some workers are beyond help, but fear not! In Middle Management, no worker goes to waste, and when they cannot work hard enough, they can be of benefit to the company in other ways! Make use of your unique skills to devour workers, or mutate them into forms that are entirely unrecognisable to their previous unproductive selves.
