Welcome to a medieval story of your own making. Live your life as you choose. Farm and sell your crops or pick up a sword and venture into the dark woods. Middle Ages: Peasants & Knights is a game about survival and adventures that you experience alone or with your friends. Every sunrise brings new challenges. And it is your decisions that hold the power to shape how the day ends when the sun sets.
We want everything in our game to be meaningful. That’s why we made a true inventory system that lets you carry only what you could carry in real life. Feel both the burden and the satisfaction of a realistic weight and inventory system. Find effective ways to move resources around and make your life easier.
Crafting should be fun. Immerse yourself in detailed crafting based on real historical methods. Gather raw materials from the world around you, then transform them using the techniques of the time – grind grain into flour with a quern-stone, knap flint into an axe head, or smelt and forge an iron sword blade.
Survival in the harsh medieval world requires foresight and preparation. You can't simply take nature's bounty for granted – the ability to plan ahead and stockpile crucial resources will make the difference between life and death. Ensure you have everything you need before hard times come.
The choice is yours whether to remain a nomadic survivor constantly seeking temporary havens, or to become a settler who bends the land to your long-term vision. Will you carve out a humble homestead or command the construction of an unassailable castle?
Raise livestock and grow a wide variety of vegetables, fruits and grains. If you’re successful, you'll produce surplus yields beyond just meeting your own needs for survival. This surplus can be traded or bartered with others for goods, services, or simply stocking extra provisions.
