MERIDIAN - Fitness VR Experience. Warm-up routine targeting fascia.

It’s simple: follow and focus.

Run with OpenXR

SFX IS CURRENTLY MISSING, ENJOY YOUR OWN MUSIC.

Your body is connected by fascia, also known as connective tissue or muscle chains.

Learn the way your fascia is used in simple movements, it can make your life much more fluid.

You can fly around and choose any angle, choose your preferred speed. I also suggest you use small dumbbells at some point. Just focus on the flow.

SET 1 is accessible for all

I want everyone to engage! Moves are safe and suit all.

Hope you give it a try and enjoy.
