About the Game

Oops! As the new HR manager of an animal company, you have a lot on your plate—

  • Recruit new employees

  • Lay underperforming staff off

  • Assign employees with different-shaped workstations to suitable spots

  • Arrange training courses for your team

  • Add new public facilities to the company

Work hard to maximize the company’s profits! Remember to meet your performance targets every month and pay salaries on time!

Programmers are steady, delivering consistent results every week. Artists are more spontaneous, working hard only one week out of the month. Product managers perform best when seated next to other professions. And then there’s the labor law expert—if you keep laying people off, will you “lay off” your way to success?

“Boss! I think we should hire people like this for our company…”

The company’s profits depend not only on your choice of employees, but even more on how you arrange their workstations! Seat data product managers next to programmers, place the chief designer with the artists… Arrange the workstations well to maximize efficiency!

“Boss, I’ve already arranged a spot for the new hire…”

Inspired by the real-life culture of big tech companies, this game uses jokes and dark humor to poke fun at the workplace practices we all know too well. For example, “optimization” is just a polite way to say layoffs in chinese. Discover hidden Easter eggs and join us in laughing at the absurdities of modern office life!

“Boss, the new hires are onboard, workstations are rearranged, and we’ll definitely hit our targets this month! Let’s not talk about ‘optimization’ just yet!”
