About the Game

Life ain’t hoppin’ easy for Frolein the frog and her mech, Iron Tadpole. Fight evil insectoids and invaders by collecting cards and building customizable mechs through card battles in this steampunk-inspired roguelike deckbuilder.

Get In The Mech, tadpole

By gathering and building your deck with equipment cards, you can play them to change your mech and gain attributes for combat. Using all five limbs from one specific set will grant you special bonuses! The beating heart of mechs, engines, can also be swapped out. Different engines have different bonuses, like granting more fuel or allowing you to draw more cards.

Fortune Favors The Bold… And The Strategic

Did you draw a supremely unhelpful card in battle? There’s a chance to turn the tides around with the refuel system. Playing cards or upgrading your engine requires spending fuel. So if you receive a hand you’re not happy about, this flexible system allows recycling of the card into fuel and opportunity.

The Endless Pond

Shrouded in fog, each level requires players to navigate through puzzles, treasures, and enemies. All movement requires movement points and restart points. Not having enough of either will move players closer to losing the run and needing to restart. After every 10 levels, an even bigger threat will approach: bosses.
