About the Game

A challenging, intentionally hostile first person survival horror game with no combat, no safety, and no guidance. Survive a deliberately disorienting environment with no safe zones and find your escape.

You are trapped in a hostile, fog-filled world and must find and activate the six hidden sigils to escape. The world is large, disorienting, and meant to confuse you.

Survival depends entirely on how you use your spells.

Enemies are active throughout the world and respond to spell usage.

There is no combat and you cannot fight back.

Death respawns you at a different location in the world.

Six sigils are hidden across the world.

Charging a sigil is slow and unstable.

Each charged sigil raises a corresponding pillar at the Tree.

When all pillars are raised, the final sigil can be charged to open the portal.

You have access to three spells. Each spell has a cost and introduces risk.

  • Lucent – Used as your primary light source and to charge sigils. Can be converted into a projectile to illuminate distant terrain. Prolonged use can attract enemies.

  • Descry – Scans the environment and reveals terrain detail and sigil markers within range. Using it can cause enemies to appear.

  • Ward – A shield that absorbs damage instead of health. When broken, it has a delay before regenerating.
