About the Game

A psychotic artificial intelligence has seized control of the land, twisting creatures and men to its will. Towns burn, dungeons overflow with corrupted beasts, and strange monoliths hint at gateways to worlds beyond.

You are one of the few who have escaped its grasp.
Explore towns, delve into dungeons, and travel across distant realms in search of the knowledge and strength needed to confront the Maniac Mind. Speak with townsfolk for clues, gather weapons and armor, and survive the dangers of the wilds.

Features:

  • Authentic late-80s CRPG style - chunky pixels, tile-based exploration, and classic keyboard/gamepad controls.

  • CGA 2-bit 4 color graphics with optional CGA color modes.

  • Explore towns, dungeons, and four distinct worlds.

  • Talk to NPCs for cryptic hints and story fragments.

  • Turn-based combat against twisted beasts and mechanical horrors.

  • No modern handholding - learn the world by playing, not by quest markers.

  • Casual, Classic, and Hardcore difficulty modes.

TL;DR : An Ultima-like retro CRPG with tile-based exploration, towns, dungeons, and turn-based combat built in the authentic style of the late 80s.
