About the Game

Lost Tenet is a story and character-driven turn-based RPG taking place in an alternate 13th century Middle-East and Europe, focusing on vengeance, friendship, duty and redemption in times of warfare.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
One hundred years ago, many traveling from Romne to Ursalim in pilgrimage to various holy sites fell victim to bandits. Thousands were murdered, raped and/or burglarized. In 1119, the Knights Solomin were officially charged to watch over said pilgrims en route. Initially a humble brotherhood of few members, the Knights quickly grew in number and strength. While they worked in good faith, their coffers were lined with donations. Lands, resources and many holy items were widely accepted and while undeclared, even encouraged.
One hundred years have since passed and the knights have established their own role outside of the church. The enterprise of banking and commerce have taken precedent. All but in name have the Knights Solomin become a separate entity.
To cement the Knights’ independence, two years ago, 1217, the church destroyed the entire city of Romne in one fell blast. Why? No one is certain and interrogations have been fruitless. Regardless, since that day the Knights have sworn to ruin the clergy in retaliation. The once guardians have now become the mortal enemy.
