About the Game

Lightless is a first-person psychological horror game set in the depths of an abandoned mine. You descend into the darkness to search for your missing father — but what you find is something far more disturbing.

The mine swallows light, leaving you vulnerable. Your only means of navigating the void are glowing orbs of light that you can throw into the darkness, illuminating the path ahead and revealing what lurks in the shadows.

Through exploration, scattered notes, and fleeting encounters, the story unfolds — a slow descent into memory, guilt, and the fragile line between reality and delusion.

Key Features

  • Throw Light into Darkness – Use orbs to illuminate your surroundings and guide your path.

  • Atmospheric Horror – Tension-driven experience built on dread, silence, and sudden terror rather than jump scares alone.

  • Psychological Storytelling – A narrative that blurs the line between reality and delusion, told through notes, environments, and symbolic encounters.

  • Immersive First-Person Perspective – Navigate claustrophobic tunnels and oppressive spaces where every sound and shadow matters.

  • Exploration & Discovery – Uncover hidden notes, environmental details, and clues that piece together the protagonist’s haunting truth.

  • Self-Contained Experience – Designed to be completed in one or two sittings for maximum immersion.
