About the Game

Lie to Loot is a multiplayer social deception game where trust is a gamble, and the loot is never safe.

You and up to 15 other players are dropped into a booby-trapped treasure site filled with secrets, tools, and hidden dangers. On the surface, you're all treasure hunters working together to collect artifacts, solve puzzles, and escape with the prize. But when the game begins, everyone is secretly assigned a role—each with its own unique win condition, allegiances, and motivations. Some want to steal. Some want to sabotage. Others just want to die... for the views.

Every match becomes a psychological battleground where lies are your greatest weapon. Use proximity chat to scheme, mislead, or form alliances—but beware, everyone can hear you if they're close enough. Want to whisper? Find a secluded corner… just make sure no one followed you.

Each map offers environmental tasks like digging for relics, triggering synchronized levers, or surviving cursed rituals that only ghosts can complete. Yes—death isn’t the end. Players who die come back as ghosts with their own proximity chat and, for certain roles, a second chance to shift the outcome.

Weapons are scattered across the map—shovels, knives, guns, traps—and they can be used in ways that help or hurt, depending on your role. Set a trap to catch a saboteur, or... set it behind you after a fake alliance goes south.

From treasure hunters and pirates to mediums and self-obsessed influencers, every role offers a new path to victory or deception. Some roles align with a team. Others stand alone. Some are subtle. Others are pure chaos. In Lie to Loot, you never know who you can trust—and sometimes, you can't even trust yourself.

Live, lie, loot.
