Story Background

Ten years ago, the red mist swept the world. 90% of humanity turned into zombies, civilization collapsed, and survivors struggled to survive. An ordinary young man named Lin Feng accidentally traveled to the apocalypse. At the brink of death, he awakened the system: The Closer to Danger, the Safer. He could only gain invincible defense by staying within 3 meters of S-class or above monsters. To survive, he broke into the forbidden "Zombie Queen’s Palace". He tamed Hongye, the food-loving S-class zombie queen, with delicious food, making her his bodyguard and mascot. He turned the forbidden zone into the only safe haven in the apocalypse, the "Doomsday Peace Hotel". As humans came to seek refuge and powerful enemies arrived, Lin Feng relied on his wits and sincere protection to form a soul bond with Hongye. Together, they fought against the SS-class Zombie Emperor, starting a hilarious apocalypse nurturing and love comedy.
