About the Game

THE GRAVE PROVIDES

You are Les Bones — a necromancer with a grudge and an army of one. Twenty stages stand between you and the throne of Ossuar, the Bone King. Your spells fire themselves; your only job is to move, position, and live. Everything you kill makes the next thing easier to kill... until it doesn't.

Les Bones is a fast, gothic bullet-heaven roguelite: one snowballing build, ten hand-authored bosses, and a horde that never stops pouring out of the dark.

ONE RUN. ONE BUILD. EVERYTHING ON THE LINE.

- A 20-stage descent — ten short survival stages, each capped by a boss. No stage resets. Your build carries the whole way down.

- Snowball or die — level up, draft 1 of 3 weapons, evolutions, or passives, and watch a trickle of bolts become a screen-clearing storm.

- Death ends the run — but your Bone Shards don't. Bank them, buy permanent upgrades at the Bone Shop, and come back meaner.

AN ARSENAL WORTH DYING FOR

- 10 weapons — Bone Bolt, Bone Spray, Orbiting Skulls, Grave Nova, Bone Whip, Bone Chain, Bone Traps, Bone Boomerang, the Grave Chill aura, and homing Wraith Skulls.

- Every weapon evolves — six levels and a signature evolution each. Hold up to six at once and stack them into overkill.

- 10 passives — lifesteal, projectile speed, faster ultimate charge, and more, to bend your build in a direction.

- The Bone Nova ultimate — charge it, then detonate a shockwave that flings the horde off you.

TEN BOSSES THAT HIT BACK

- Hand-authored, not recycled — Rattlejaw, Cinderlich, The Hollow Choir, The Pale Shepherd, and Ossuar the Bone King, each with its own name, look, signature attack, and last words for you.

- Readable, dodgeable danger — bosses fight in a rhythm of telegraphed windups and openings. Learn the tell, punish the lull.

- No camping — they smash through walls, and below 40% HP they enrage: faster, meaner, out of patience.

NORMAL OR HARD — YOUR CALL

- Two difficulty modes — cut your teeth on Normal, or take Hard for denser hordes and tougher, tankier bosses.

- Separate progression per mode — Normal and Hard each keep their own Bone Shards, upgrades, and records. Hard is a fresh mountain to climb, not a victory lap with a maxed build.

FIVE REALMS OF THE DEAD

From the Greenwood through a ruined Village, a bleached Desert, the Frostgrave, and down into the Crypt itself — every realm brings its own hordes, hazards, music, and mood.

FEATURES

- Fast, tactile bullet-heaven combat — auto-fire weapons, you own the movement.

- Deep build variety — 10 weapons × evolutions × 10 passives, no two runs alike.

- Two difficulty modes — Normal and Hard, each with its own separate meta progression.

- Persistent meta progression — Bone Shards, the Bone Shop, and lifetime records that survive death.

- Full controller support — play with a gamepad or keyboard; menus are controller-navigable.

- Accessibility options — adjustable difficulty, reduce screen shake, and reduce flashing.

- Steam Cloud — your progress follows you from one machine to the next.

- Pick-up-and-play, hard-to-put-down — short stages, long sessions.

The horde is patient. You don't have to be.
