his set of abilities inqlude

basic movement like moving, jumping, wall jumping

and

stomp - with half of your stamina you can force your way down and make impact when landing 

spin - spinning allows you to fall slower 

Stamina

There is stamina in the game that powers your skills it regenerates when you don't use skills

in the air about 3% per second

on the floor about 20% per second

stomp uses -49%

spin - about 5% per second

dash - 45%
