Ascend the Tower, a labyrinth sunken to the depths of the earth, and escape to the surface.
With a nod to roguelike elements, the player will decide which path to explore next.
Battle foes, meet residents, trigger traps, loot chests, and encounter various other events to overcome trials and enhance your own power.
Combat relies on your skills and AP (action points).
After each victory, you'll have the option of learning or enhancing a single skill out of a select few.
The choice is yours, so choose wisely for the sake of your future battles.
Exploration is likewise a struggle against hunger.
Fail to nourish yourself, and you'll be met with penalties during combat.
Food is of great worth within the labyrinth, so be sure to collect whatever you find.
Lethal to so many living beings, chaos corrupts every corner of the fathomless maze.
Even the slightest misstep can soil your soul, and once corruption reaches its limit you'll be swallowed up by a game over.
Chaos is always watching for an opening within the Tower. Beware, for this may be the greatest threat of all.
The story has multiple endings, and with New Game Plus, each run can further enhance the hero.
Every attempt and challenge will bring you one step closer to your final destination―the surface.
