Kona, an ice artist with a reputation for mischief, and Snowrabbit, a white-furred snow rabbit full of desire. After hearing the story of Aquus, the mermaid goddess, the two down-on-their-luck artists break into the monastery of Aquus, nicknamed "the sea on land," to make a statue of a goddess.

After hearing rumors of the mermaid god Aquis, the two young artists set out to create the ultimate ice sculpture of the mermaid god and to break into the monastery of the mermaid god, known as the "sea on land".
