TWO PLAYERS, TWO PLAYSTYLES
One player, as the Fish, plays with a strategic view. The Fish controls the city building and supports the King on the battlefield with a wider perspective. The other player, as the King, acts on the ground with a third person isometric view. The King fights enemies, gathers resources, listens to villagers' needs.
ASYMMETRIC CO-OP
Two players share one goal, but have different roles. The Fish sees the full picture, manages the city layout, production, and incoming threats. The King acts on the ground and sees what the Fish can’t spot, the details: villagers’ needs, nearby dangers, the fight itself. Coordination between the King and the Fish is key.
UNIQUE VILLAGERS
Every villager in the KingFish is unique, with their own perks, weapons and preferences. The unique abilities of the villagers are a cornerstone of both the kingdom's defense and its economy. Level up and equip your villagers to turn them into powerful warriors or skilled artisans.
ROGUELIKE CITY BUILDING
Every run brings new maps, new mechanics and new challenges.
Together you adapt to what you find, and survive as long as you can.
