Begin as an unknown adventurer and decide what becoming capable means to you. Explore unfamiliar places, train a wide range of skills, gather useful resources, follow curious quests, confront unusual creatures, and pursue whatever catches your interest.

Grow through everything you do

Your progress comes from participating in the world. Skills improve through use, new capabilities open new possibilities, and every journey leaves you better prepared for the next. There is no prescribed build or correct route through the game: what you practice and pursue shapes the adventurer you become.

Approach the world in your own way

Fight with melee weapons or ranged equipment, complement your abilities with elemental magic, or devote yourself to practical skills outside combat. Different activities overlap and support one another, allowing experimentation instead of dividing the game into rigid classes.
