Every challenge you face is resolved through the roll of your dice, shaped by the items you carry and the choices you make along the way. Sometimes the dice will favor you, sometimes they will betray you, but every outcome pushes the story forward in a new direction. In Kardiya, failure is not a dead end. It is simply another thread in the tapestry of fate.
What kind of character do you want to become? Muscular? Wise? Or a smooth talker? Design your character through the items you collect. Every item you find reshapes the way you approach the world. Some strengthen your physical abilities, some sharpen your mind, and others help you navigate delicate social encounters. As your inventory grows, so does the identity of your character. The build you create will determine not only how you overcome challenges, but also what kind of legend Ukral becomes.
Your relationship with the companions you recruit and travel with will deeply affect your fate. Choose carefully who you decide to grow close to. Each companion has their own motivations, secrets, and expectations. The decisions you make during your journey can strengthen these bonds or slowly push them apart. Some companions may become loyal allies, others may remain distant, and a few may grow close enough to change Ukral’s life forever. In Kardiya, relationships are not background flavor. Death is not the end, you have experienced it thousands of times. Live your story, die, return stronger and dive into a different version of it. When your journey ends, you awaken in Araf, a mysterious realm between life and death. From there you can reshape your destiny, unlock new powers, and begin another run through Kardiya with deeper knowledge and stronger tools. Each return reveals new encounters, new outcomes, and new ways the story could unfold.
