About the Game

You were just an ordinary office drone in the small town of Halfislan, dragging yourself to work every day with a dead look in your eyes. But one morning you wake up to find that almost everyone around you has turned into some kind of fuzzy, furry animal.

Since your financial situation doesn't exactly allow for long-term therapy, and after ruling out any medical cause, you decide to just... roll with it. You keep showing up to work under this strange new lens, and somehow, slowly, the furries start to grow on you. Your social world expands, and you start noticing that a few unremarkable acquaintances have actually become kind of adorable.

Then, on Thanksgiving night, under a bridge, you meet a lizard holding a turkey leg.

That is a turkey leg. Right?

In this game:

You play as a content writer at Halfislan Daily. Most of your time is spent churning out content tailored to your boss's tastes, something that keeps resignation on your mind, but life is otherwise stable. That is, until an intern at the company goes missing, and a mysterious "furry filter" takes up permanent residence in your brain.

Colleagues you're slowly warming up to. A college friend who suddenly shows up in town. The coffee guy downstairs. Some are human; others are animals. Navigating these complicated relationships will be your main challenge.

Meanwhile, with the disappearance case going nowhere, something dangerous seems to be closing in.

Through daytime conversations and late-night online exchanges, your choices will shape the ultimate fate of the characters closest to you, and one wrong move could send their lives spinning in unexpected directions. Get too close to multiple characters at once, and the friction between them will start to show.

Who do you see as an animal, and who do you see as human? There seems to be a pattern. And once you crack it, what will you do with that knowledge?
