Metro City, 1999. Leather-jacket-wearing, chain-smoking, no-nonsense detective Jason Maxx is on the case, danger lurking behind every corner like a surprise birthday party of crime.

Things, however, might get a little goofy.
Metro City is an absurd place full of goofballs, miscreants, dirtbags and the occasional murderous maniac, plus plenty of sight gags and low poly, retro 3D graphics. Sarcastic quips, visual humor and low-res textures abound!
