About the Game

This game is a kinetic, hybrid text and visual novel multi-episodic game, set in an alternative Welcome To... Chichester timeline, and deals with complex adult topics.

As the 22nd century dawns, Japan has been under constant attack by The Council Of The Unseen.  Under a truce brokered by the Japanese government and Council leadership, twelve pupils from The Council have been sent to the Advanced Teaching Institute, situated off the coast of Japan, with the hope of building a better country.

  • KUROKO HAYASHI - Perpetually cheerful, helpful to everyone.

  • SAKURA YAMAMOTO - Daughter of the leaders of The Council.  Wealthy, somewhat socially awkward, and desperately wants friends.  More competent than she initially appears.

  • TAKESHI ISHIDA - Brilliant tactical thinker who sees patterns quickly.  Slightly arrogant about his intelligence, but not malicious.

  • YUNA SASAKI - Grew up around cutting-edge tech and semi-organic computer systems.  Dreams of designing the next generation of secure communications.

  • HIRO NAKAMURA - Training since age 5 in various martial arts.  Protective instincts drilled into him from childhood

  • EMI SATO - Planning to become a field medic for operatives.  Wants to help people - chose the medical path deliberately.  Has photographic memory for medical information

  • DAICHI KOBAYASHI - Trained from childhood in information gathering and analysis.  Planning career in intelligence operations.  Only child, very close to parents.

  • KAITO SUZUKI - Combat specialist

  • AIKO TANAKA - Pattern recognition expert

  • REN FUJIMOTO - Paranoid

  • KENJI WATANABE - Teacher's assistant and technical support

  • MAYA ISHIKAWA - Artist and visual thinker

  • HARUKA YAMADA - Medical trainee

  • YUKI MORITA - A quiet and steady presence

All the usual features of a visual novel are correct and present, including volume and sound control, quick and standard saving and loading amongst other things
