About the Game

INHERITANCE is a first-person psychological horror game that delivers a disturbing, pressure-filled atmosphere and relentless tension.

In 1986, a mysterious explosion ripped through the Russian city of Kamgrad, freezing it in time and turning it into a silent graveyard. Abandoned streets. Snow-covered vehicles. Empty town squares. Bodies left where they fell.
The government claimed it was an accident — and buried the truth just as deeply as the city itself.

Years later, in the early 1990s, strange leaks and rumors began to surface. Whispers of experiments. Of things that should not exist. Many foreign journalists tried to enter Kamgrad to uncover the truth, but the city remained a restricted zone.

One journalist, Roni, managed to get inside through secret channels… and was never seen again.

You play as Alex, Roni’s colleague, sent into Kamgrad to uncover what really happened — and to find out what became of your friend. Explore the frozen ruins, search abandoned buildings, and piece together the story through letters, notes, and forgotten evidence.

The answers are there.
But Kamgrad does not welcome intruders — and not everyone makes it out alive.

The game contains flashes of light that can cause epileptic seizures.

Game Features:

  • Atmospheric exploration in a frozen, abandoned city

  • Story-driven gameplay told through letters, notes, and environmental clues

  • Walking simulator blended with survival horror elements

  • Jumpscares and intense, terrifying moments

  • Powered by Unreal Engine 5.6

  • Average playtime: 1–2 hours
