About the Game

In the Middle Of is a narrative adventure inspired by High Strangeness, Paranormal Events, and Cryptids. Everything revolves around a great secret that our protagonist, Shafer, finds himself drawn into like a whirlpool.

This narrative adventure features story events, they're designed to immerse the player in the world surrounding Shafer. Interaction with other characters is essential, with lighthearted dialogue, hilarious situations, and darker moments...

Puzzles are a key part of the plot, a series of mysterious box-shaped riddles to solve. Then there's the Book of Cryptids, with several missing pages which the player must somehow complete.

Finally, there's the radio show Shafer works at, a space where guests share their experiences and where the player will try to give a satisfactory explanation for what happened to them.
