When your darkest dreams come true, the line between desire and danger blurs.

Shouji Suzuki is a skilled assault brigade officer, but disconnected from a life that seems to offer him nothing but routine and loneliness. His only escape is intense, recurring dreams about an enigmatic woman with full lips and porcelain skin. A woman who, until now, he believed to be a figment of his imagination.

Everything changes during a high-risk mission in an abandoned house in Kobe. A wave of inexplicable violence, perpetrated by beings that defy reason, plunges the city into chaos. In the middle of the night, Shouji's path crosses that of Natsumi, a woman as fascinating as she is lethal, and the spitting image of the woman of his dreams.

She is not human. She belongs to a world hidden in the shadows, a world of blood and power where humans are only pawns or prey. Drawn into a secret war he knew nothing about, Shouji will be forced to choose between his duty as an officer and his obsession with this creature of the night.
