About the Game

The Helping Hand Daycare is hiring!

You are applying for a night shift position at The Helping Hand, a local daycare facility. Your job is to clean, organize, and prepare the space for the next day. You will work alone after hours, follow assigned tasks, and submit a nightly report before clocking out.

This is a first person psychological horror game where routine work and careful observation are required to succeed.

Your Work Duties

Each shift takes place across 4 distinct playpen areas. You are responsible for picking up toys, returning objects to their assigned locations, and completing basic maintenance tasks under limited lighting.

These duties form the core shift loop. You move through the space, complete assignments, and manage your time while remaining alert.

Issued Equipment

You are issued a company flip phone at the start of each shift. This is your primary tool.

You will use it to:

  • Provide light in dark areas

  • Check on time left in the shift

  • Receive task instructions and updates

The phone cannot protect you. Your awareness and positioning matter while on shift.

Trial Week Period

Your employment begins with a trial week made up of multiple night shifts. Each night introduces new expectations, altered rules, and additional environmental behavior.

There is little way to fight back. Progression is driven by observation, attention to detail, and completing your job correctly while something else observes your work.

Included with Employment

  • First person psychological horror gameplay

  • Routine based cleaning and organization mechanics

  • 4recurring playpen areas that evolve over time

  • Multiple night shifts with escalating conditions
