Perennial is a lavish mountain sanatorium reborn as the flagship campus of the “Don’t Die” longevity movement. With eight weeks until the world-watching Escape Velocity summit, Medical Director Ambrose Locke keeps its miracle running for billionaires desperate to outrun mortality.

But Ambrose suspects the promise is built on massaged numbers, erased deaths, and a dying poster-elder hidden off-camera. As three women close in on Perennial's secrets, his romantic choices become inseparable from a dangerous question: is he buying people more life—or only more time?
