About the Game

Water. The most important resource runs scarce in your hometown after continuous droughts.

In this single-player narrative RPG, battle as Nao, a nonspeaking local farmer affected by the droughts, who has just recently graduated from anger management classes.

In your humble greenhouse, you figured out a way to save the town. A new plant species that generates infinite water, defeating the laws of matter. 

But it takes water to make those infinite water plants grow.

As the supply provided by the government starts to decrease, you see yourself obligated to gain supply through other means. The municipal warehouse, next to the purifying plant, is currently being squatted by a newly formed cult: the water cartel. 

They have been using its stolen water supply to feed a pointless endeavor: decorative plants. No fruit trees, no herbs, no vegetables. Just purposeless decoration. 

They engage the exotic species they grow in duels, in which at the end, both plants must be sacrificed, to be able to show the quality of their roots.

After being persuaded by her best friend Judy to take extreme measures, she decides to fight the illegal plant battles’ cartel with their own medicine: a plant duel. 

So you scoop up what you have available: a half-dead plant and a gun. 

Shoot at the leaves, shoot at the stems, shoot at the roots. But shoot right.

Aiming your gun, you will defeat your opponents, getting well desired water bounties.

Some features:

  • You can get a cactus into trouble.

  • It’s on the spectrum, for sure.

  • The game, I mean. Not the cactus.

  • Well maybe the cactus too, I haven’t asked him.
