The Ling Kingdom is repeatedly invaded by the Wei Kingdom. The emperor dispatches a trusted confidant (the player) to infiltrate the Wei capital, using the Hua Manlou dance hall as a cover, to train young female spies for intelligence gathering and assassination missions.
