A dog-adventure game set in a Flintlock Fantasy world gripped by tyranny. You are Duke, a determined young Border Collie who is searching for their lost master, the leader of The Rebellion. Hounded by a cunning hunter, can you track the scent, unearth the power of The Tide and find your way home?
Story
Hounded is a touching tale of love, loss, hope and determination.
As Duke, resting by the fire in a warm farmstead, your innocence is set ablaze when the oppressive regime destroys your home, separating you from your master.
Lost, and alone, you venture deep into an unfamiliar land, using your heightened senses to search for him. Tracking his scent to the quaint village of Tideswell, all is not as it seems as you’ll unearth secrets, meeting friends and foes while discovering your latent connection to a supernatural energy called The Tide.
Transformed, can you outsmart the opposition and reunite with your master before the regime catches up with them?
Gameplay
Hounded is a third person, narrative adventure game where you play as a young Border Collie called Duke.
You will need to use all of his canine agility to run, leap and climb his way through Angoldia, overcoming all of the obstacles in his way.
Duke has a keen nose making scent-based gameplay a core part of Duke's journey. Not only are you following your master's scent through the world, you will also find scents that lead you to secrets, puzzles and narrative moments trapped in time called Imprints.
Throughout his quest, Duke will encounter an antagonist known only as The Hunter. This mysterious adversary appears at pivotal moments in Duke's journey, aiming to bring his quest to an early end.
The Hunter encounters will require a mix of stealth, platforming and problem solving to ensure that Duke can progress through these areas unscathed, and continue on with his mission to find his master.
Duke
The Little Duke, or Duke for short. Once a royal puppy, Duke isn't your usual protagonist. He is loyal, smart, extremely stubborn, and will do whatever it takes to protect the ones he loves.

Hounded is being developed by IMPRNT STUDIOS, an independent UK-based game studio founded by ex Sony, TT Games, Cloud Imperium Games and Sega Developers, as well as a pack of supporting dogs!
