GAMEPLAY
HORROR is a test of your logic in the face of primal fear. You are unarmed. You are vulnerable. All you have is a flashlight with a dying battery and your intellect.
Survival Logic: To progress, you will have to interact with your environment. The hospital is a complex mechanism that needs to be activated. Study X-rays of mutants to solve the code.
Threat is everywhere: The remnants of staff and patients lurk in the shadows. Enemies can't be killed—they can only be outsmarted, distracted, or escaped.
