5 itemsAbout the Game
You find yourself trapped in a space that should not exist. A looping structure where every corridor feels familiar, yet wrong. Time does not progress normally here. Instead, it folds back into itself, forcing you to relive the same paths with small, unsettling changes each cycle.
Inspired by experimental horror design, HOPELESS focuses on atmosphere, sound design, and psychological horror rather than traditional gameplay systems. The experience is built around subtle shifts — a door that wasn’t there before, a sound that shouldn’t exist, a space that feels increasingly aware of your presence.
As you progress deeper into the loop, reality begins to degrade. Familiar spaces lose consistency, audio becomes unreliable, and the line between player and environment begins to collapse.
And eventually, something else entirely.
