About the Game

Every wave, the hive gets smarter.

Hivebreak is a top-down survival shooter, and the thing coming at you isn't dumb. It watches how you win. It sees which gun you lean on, where you're hiding, how your base is laid out, and it builds the next wave to take all of that apart. Play it alone or bring up to 4 friends into online co-op.

The hive learns, and that's the whole point

Camp a chokepoint and it starts tunneling under it. Rely on one weapon and it sends the exact thing that shrugs it off. Wall yourself in behind turrets and the siege brood digs in, hijacks your guns, and turns them on you. Whatever kept you alive last wave is usually the reason the next one hurts. You adapt or you die.

Guns you actually own

You start with a Sidearm and work your way up to stuff that chains between targets, sets the floor on fire, and clears the whole screen at once. Every weapon is a real thing you keep and upgrade across four tracks, so you can dump your cash into the one you love and turn it into something nobody else is running.

Build a character that fights the way you do

Spend skill points on perks that quietly bend the rules in your favor. Then pick one signature move you can fire whenever you need it: blink out of a swarm, knock everything off you, or drop a bomb right where it counts. Between waves you cash in and fortify, and then you get to watch how fast the hive takes it apart anyway.
