Rather than a traditional farming game, HiEggplant is a hardcore growing experience where every harvest is hard-earned.
The peaceful visuals may look relaxing, but growing eggplants is anything but easy. The game draws on eggplant-growing techniques, challenging you to manage your limited stamina, monitor the soil, moisture, and condition of your plants, and take action at the right time. The more thoroughly you master these techniques, the easier it becomes to grow more—and higher-quality—eggplants. Compacted soil, fertilizer burn, dehydration, lodging, and pests can all kill your seedlings outright. If even one seedling dies, the current run will end.
Fortunately, starting a new run in HiEggplant comes at very little cost. Gain experience from each attempt and carry it into the next run. Every time you sow your seeds again, you’ll be one step closer to successfully harvesting 10 eggplants.
Occasionally, you’ll find helpful tips in your mailbox. These can help you understand the rules of cultivation more quickly and grow more Purple Star eggplants.
