About the Game

Herba Project: Desktop Lab is a Lovecraftian-themed idle gardening game. Players take on the role of a researcher cultivating various plant species by adjusting nutrient solutions, environmental temperature, and soil moisture. With over 100 unique plants awaiting discovery, why is the researcher growing them? What is the true purpose of the lab? Unravel the story's secrets through your own exploration.

Core Gameplay:

An idle/clicker experience requiring minimal active input. Once you configure a growth formula, the cultivation dishes will automatically nurture the plants.

Note: Each plant thrives in specific environmental conditions. Ideal settings significantly boost yield, while unsuitable conditions may cause plants to wither before maturity.

Art Style:

Features 135 meticulously hand-drawn plant varieties, each with two distinct growth stages—totaling 270 original illustrations. There's one for every taste.

Story:

As a researcher, you'll receive sporadic emails from headquarters. Through tasks, rants, reports, and directives within these messages, you'll catch glimpses of earth-shattering secrets.

Key Appeal:

What could be more relaxing than tending virtual plants on your desktop?

If traditional Chinese herbs feel too distant, Lovecraftian flora is just right for modern netizens. Learn their quirks—someday, that knowledge might just save you.
