About the Game

HELLOCRACY

Welcome to hell.

Take a ticket and wait to be called.

HELLOCRACY is a short, story-driven first-person survival shooter about a man who, after death, finds himself in a bureaucratic hell. Here, demons wear ties, the offices never end, and every new corridor smells of stale coffee and burnt-out employees.

The player must survive among endless departments, search for resources, craft items, read notes from fallen hellish workers, and try to figure out if escape is even possible.

The combat system is built around limited resources and aggressive enemies.

  • First-person shooting

  • Pistol with two firing modes

  • Dash for dodging

  • Fast enemies and long-range combat

Traps and resource management:

  • LMB - single shot;

  • RMB - empty entire magazine at once

Sometimes it's better to conserve ammo; sometimes it's too late.

To survive, you'll need to gather resources and use your inventory.

The player can:

  • Create bandages

  • Use buffs

  • Restore health

  • Increase damage

  • Temporarily increase stamina with coffee

Every item found can be useful later in the level.

Hell here operates like a huge, broken system.

The levels contain:

  • Traps

  • Toxic zones

  • Closed office sections

  • Loudspeakers with employee announcements

  • Lore through posters and notes

The story is told through the environment and comic inserts instead of cutscenes.

Enemies

Clerk

A typical office worker from hell.

Attacks from close range and constantly presses.

Toxic

A heavy ranged enemy that attacks with toxic projectiles.

The Little

A fast and dangerous enemy that dies easily, but is excellent at finishing off inattentive players.

Shredder - General Manager

The final boss and ruler of this section of Hell. A huge monster that attacks in melee combat and releases smaller mobs during battle.

Control

  • LMB — shoot

  • RMB — fire all bullets

  • F — close-range attack with suitcase

  • G — throw grenade

  • Shift — run

  • Space — dash

  • B / I — inventory

  • ESC — pause

  • 1 / 2 / 3 — quick item slots
