About the Game

“Hearts at Sea” is a single-player, story-driven action game, supported by management and puzzle mechanics. Play as Julian, a tavern keeper turned sea captain, and sail through an abandoned archipelago, building a ragtag group of heroes to fight terrible sea monsters. Manage their needs and desires, and turn them into a force to be reckoned with!

The Sea of Serpents, once a beautiful and prosperous region, has fallen in disrepair. Ravaged by a cataclysm 17 years ago, it has since been ruled by a faction of mysterious sea monsters, set on outright devouring every single sailor that dares brave it’s waters.

Until now, that is. Lately, a strange group led by a former tavern-keeper and a witch have entered the fray. Recruit heroes, manage their needs and defeat the monsters, to liberate the Sea of Serpents once and for all!

Take 4 different characters into battle, each with their own set of abilities, fighting styles, and fantastical relics. Help them challenge 4 towering bosses, in over 10 hardcore combat encounters.

“Hearts of Sea” brings a diverse cast of characters, including (but not limited to) a frustrated tomb explorer, an unwilling privateer and a regretful religious fanatic. Discover their deepest secrets and find out what they like and don’t like, so you can properly fulfil their needs and get them ready for battle.

Each of the heroes has a different set of preferences, and you better balance their needs by decorating their bedrooms accordingly. Be warned, though: if someone’s left unhappy, the rest of the group may suffer in battle!
