Heartfall - a Tale in Three Lives follows Grian as he wakes up on a mysterious island. Explore, encounter 12+ characters, partake in fatal-but-temporary shenanigans, and reveal one of the many story routes! Every route diverges wildly — you may find yourself becoming a detective, cheating on your first alliance, or discovering secrets that were best left forgotten!

Within the game’s 400k+ words of dialogue, 450+ cut in artworks, and 50+ original music tracks you'll find our creative hearts beating. Seventy collaborators brought their unique styles and passion to this project in order to realize their visions for ‘what if’ scenarios branching off of the YouTube series 3rd Life. This project was a labor of love! Passion breathed this Life Series fangame into being! No knowledge of 3rd Life is required to play.

Heartfall is a collaborative fangame based on 3rd Life, made with love and dedication! After one year of preparation and programming, the stories, artwork, and music were created by seventy contributors in just seven months. 

The game is a visual novel RPG with diverging story paths written, illustrated, and designed by separate creative teams! Every story path is completely different!
