Hatch'n'Wall is a digital turn-based medieval board game.
A bit of lore...
The King is dead, and his heirs now fight over the kingdom's throne.
Champion! You have been chosen by your prince to recover the royal crown hidden deep within the castle. But Beware: other champions are also racing to seize it before you. In this maze of shifting walls and treacherous hatches, use the castle's traps to block your opponents, foil their plans, and be the first to escape with the royal crown!
Game Features
Up to 4 knights face off in a castle. Be the unique Champion!
At the start of the game, each player draws a Contact Card and keeps it secret until reaching the corresponding tile. They then obtain a key, granting access to the Treasure Room, where they collect a treasure and draw a Secret Exit Card. No one knows your plan until you make your move. Bluffing is half the battle.
Two dice per turn — one for movement, one for action. Every roll brings you closer to your goal while sabotaging your rival.
4 actions possible: build walls, trigger hatches, destroy obstacles, or use ladders. Control the maze, control the game.
The board is procedurally generated every game — contacts, traps and cards are shuffled each time. No two games are ever the same.
Want to tease your rivals? A taunt wheel is available.
Play against friends in local hot seat or online multiplayer via Steam, or sharpen your tactics against AI opponents with three difficulty levels.
Think. Trap. Escape.
Will you be the first to break through the walls, outsmart the traps, and escape with the treasure?
“20 years ago, my father-in-law invented this board game and built it by hand, in wood. We could not produce it physically… so I turned it into a video game.”
