About the Game

Attention Shergeo Family,

H.A.R.V.E.S.T.E.R is a simcade about the things you may already be all too familiar with: Working for a boss who wants to kill you as you work in an environment that's constantly trying to kill you, meanwhile, security contractors are constantly trying to kill you. It's a hard job, but everyone wants to do it, and you were one of the lucky few who got promoted into the H.A.R.V.E.S.T.E.R program.

Your training was more or less your supervisor trying to kill you. If you don’t want to suffocate to death, you'll need to study the in-game handbook and learn the ins and outs of your spaceship. Every gap in your knowledge means a hard death later on.

It's not all too bad, though. You still have a lot of autonomy and can make many decisions as you mine. For example, which laser intensities should you be using? Which route optimizes quota completion with minimal fusion-cell cost? Which ore are you mining for? Should you scan for unnecessary rare minerals or speed through your quota? Do you run away or fight your way out once danger rears its ugly head?

Every second, you are making a risk assessment and making micro-decisions. Each wrong decision can snowball into your untimely death. Mining has never been easier! Thank you for your attention, and have a great day.

Note from the developers: This game is set to be a multi-hour, story-rich campaign. We don't want to give too many details away, but if you enjoy what you've seen so far, it will only get better from here. Wishlist now and stay tuned!
