About the Game

The Goddess Elanor summoned you from your world.

She needs a strategist. A leader. Someone who can stand against the coming darkness.

In Guildmaster’s Quest, you oversee a growing adventurer guild in a fragile world where every life and decision matters. The energy released by death fuels the resurrection of the Demon Lord’s generals, and eventually, the Demon Lord himself.

The clock is ticking — every plague, every war, every fallen adventurer brings the end closer.

• Guild Management & Survival:
Build and manage a guild of adventurers in a world constantly on edge. Recruit, equip, and send parties of up to five into perilous dungeons — where every decision could mean life or death.

• Dynamic Population & Politics:
Invest in doctors, influence kingdoms, and prevent wars to slow the Demon Lord’s revival. Neglect these, and watch your world spiral into chaos.

• Evolving Adventurers:
Adventurers gain experience and grow in rank from E up to S-Class, each with unique potential and traits.

• Court Politics:
Influence nobles, generals, clergy, and royals. Earn their trust — or blackmail them. Every favour you secure determines how many soldiers stand by you when the final battle comes.

• Guilds & Factions:

  • Dark Guild: Assassinations, bodyguards, espionage, and other under-the-table dealings.

  • Merchants Guild: Trade, black markets, and rare relics — expanding your markets expands your influence.

  • Bankers Guild: Loans, savings, and the all-important Item Box (subject to balance changes!).

  • Mercenaries Guild: Hire mercenaries to defend or wage war on kingdoms.

• Crafting & Research Systems:
Forge weapons and armour, brew potions, research new spells, and even develop recipes to aid and inspire your adventurers.

The Generals and Demon Lord Awaken

Each of the Demon Lord’s four generals is unique:

  • Baldrick, the Elder Lich — an undead scholar with the personality of a dad-joking mad scientist, will torment you during the tutorial.

  • The other three generals are not undead, but each is dangerous in their own way. Their awakening marks the countdown to the Demon Lord’s resurrection — and the final battle.

  • Details on these 3 generals and the Demon Lord himself will be kept secret until closer to release.

Your Time Is Your Enemy

Every soul lost hastens the apocalypse.
Every life saved buys you another sunrise.
You are the Guildmaster — the last strategist between this world and oblivion.
