About the Game

Story

Your mission is to find ten rare plants whose properties our species need in our planet.

You are performing your mission at night so you can avoid human contact. If however, you notice these creatures who call themselves as humans you can calm them down with a special beam we installed in your ship.

Keep an eye out for rare collectibles such as interesting music cassettes and other art creations so we can admire them back at home.

This is time of music, peace and love so remember to enjoy your journey along the way. Groovy travels my friend.

Groovy Gig is a short and casual game where you control an alien in a spaceship. This is a hand-drawn casual 2D game with the main themes of nature, art and peace. Everything you collect can be admired in your spaceship. It is designed to bring you nostalgic atmosphere of the era. Who wouldn't want to be a hippie alien?
