In a sprawling futuristic megacity, you are a GRID RUNNER - one of the few who can operate a hacked flying car, able to break the oppressive traffic control system known as the GRID. Until recently, you were employed by the criminal Syndicate as an illegal courier and transporter. Now, you're a free agent, on the wrong side of both the cops and the underworld. Your only chance is to do the thing you do best: drive.
Because of the GRID traffic surveillance and control system, if you head straight for the clouds you'll be spotted and shut down in a microsecond. You'll need to hide in plain sight within the skylanes of the city. Hidden in the throng, you'll be free to hit speeds exceeding 500 MPH - as long as your reflexes are sharp enough to dodge the traffic.
