A mega-corporation beams you as a robot into a supposedly rosy future despite unchecked climate change. But rebels hack into the system to warn you: only together can you break through the propaganda machine, escape the corporation and save the world!

The innovation project “GreenGuardiansVR” (GGVR) is a cooperation between the SWR X Lab and the Department of Economics and Environment. Following on from the topic “Climate lawsuits against ExxonMobil” from the KlimaZeit broadcast on August 9th, the game addresses the consequences of targeted disinformation from large corporations and how important it is to be able to distinguish fact from fiction.
